I believe that every single one of us has something precious to share,
and that we carry inside a compelling life force that propels us forward.
I also believe in the power of our relationships to heal and transform.
At the same time, I know that difficult events, conflicts and disconnection
can obscure our core self and leave us feeling lost.
Life and relationships can be painfully difficult.
I offer a safe and nurturing space where you can be seen, heard and witnessed in all of your rich complexity. Where all parts of you are welcome and appreciated – especially the ones that feel confused, scared, angry or unloved.
When we slow down and take the time to listen to our feelings, thoughts and sensations, we attend to aspects of ourselves and facets of our relationships that are seeking to be more fully understood, accepted, integrated and transformed.
We can then find our way to lead a more connected, authentic and meaningful life.
“Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel
is by becoming aware of our inner experience
and learning to befriend what is going on inside.”
– Bessel Van Der Kolk

A well-located, comfortable consulting room where you will feel safe and emotionally held.
My approach to psychotherapy is firstly based on building a relationship in which your experiences can be heard and understood. This will help you obtain more clarity around your life narrative and become more aware of different parts in your internal system. I aim to be fully present and to facilitate a deeper connection between you and the aspects of yourself that are needing attention, so that healing and integration can take place.
I am an integrative psychotherapist and my stance is non-pathologising: I believe you have adapted to life situations the best way you could in order to survive, and that you have internal resources, which you can get to know and expand, making way for the emergence of vitality, spontaneity and deeper connections in your relationships.
I have experience working with clients from all walks of life, of a variety of ages and sexualities, including LGBTQIA+, and people who are living in a culture that is different from that of their upbringing. I offer therapy in English at affordable prices, and have a few spaces allocated for low cost therapy – please check the information under Fees & Policies.
My psychotherapeutic roots are in Transactional Analysis, having done my four year training at Connexus Intitute in Brighton, UK. I abide by the ethic codes of the governing bodies I adhere to. I am committed to continuously honing my professional skills, and I draw from various therapeutic modalities, especially Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS).
